  Horrible experience. Service was unacceptable by the assistant branch manager. She bent my driver's license IN HALF, then shrugged it off, and acted like it was no big deal. The combine lack of professionalism, common sense and unwillingness to problem solve are my reasons for NEVER returning to this branch.

  This branch is terrible. They use to be great, but there has clearly been a change. The people there are rude and miserable and never willing to help. I like members 1st and this bank is closes to me, but I drive a little further to get better service. I hope someone does something and this is taken care of soon.

  TERRIBLE BANK do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Over the past several weeks I have called and spoke with multiple employees and left several messages with employees. All in an attempt to open an account and to get information on a mortgage. However nobody ever calls back or expresses any interest in helping me. So my wife an I will be taking our 800 plus credit scores to an establishment that appreciates their customers.

  I use the drive up ATM here to do deposits for my credit union, which is in another county. Usually the transaction is quick and painless but I've been noticing more frequent 'malfunctions' of the cash deposit receiver part of the ATM. I won't be able to make my deposits and it results in a wasted trip. Of course most of the malfunctions happen during the nighttime or on weekends when nobody is there...

  This is the worst branch with drive thru. I get shorted what I ask for or they give me more then I wanted. I get the same thing every time I am here and still can't get it correct. I will NEVER EVER use this branch again!!!!!! VERY VERY DISPLEASED WITH THESE PPL

  Had an awful mess in my account with some activity that should not have happened but a couple of people in a couple departments helped resolve it and came up with a satisfactory solution for us all
