  Withdrew $2000 5 mins before close. Teller in a rush, never counted it. By the time we were back in the car to count it they were closed and shorted us $100 because it was not $2000. Called the next morning and notified them and they told us there wasn't proof and they can't do anything. Thanks a lot citizens. Literally robbing your customers of their hard earned money because your incompetent staff wants to leave work rather than take the time to count a large quantity of money.

  Im not a member and wont ever be thats for sure. A simple request for change for only 100 dollars was denied because i was not a member of the bank. The gentleman behind the counter was very soft spoken and i had to ask him to speak up. What a joke.
