  I love this credit union in every way. They’re always so professional, helpful and positive. They have great programs too and I feel like they really live up to their name of Members 1st! Have been with them for 8 years now and love going here for all my banking & finance needs.

  They are close to impossible to get ahold of over the phone. I call and get told that all the lines are busy even though I’m caller number one how does that make sense. I call throughout the day several times and I still can’t get them to pick up the phone.

  My MIL is 60, doesnt have an account and they gave her the best bank service she says ever in her life, cashed a check from a southern bank that no other place would cash because to contact said bank had over 20 min call wait time to verify the funds and check. Cristen was so patient, even though I could tell the person on the other line she was talking with, obviously had no banking skills. But she kept at it, was very polite and never once lost her cool. Thank you!

  They were always helpful and kind, even when I was banking from out of state while in the service. Plus I generally got paid 3-5 days early through them.

  Ever since I opened my account, I have been lied to and the tellers are very rude...especially Kelsey. Beware of this credit union!
