  Much like “Baby Shark” Only1benji’s catch phrase is everywhere! It’s more than good marketing though, this company has earned every positive review...including mine. After saving forever towards my down payment, I figured it was time to bite the bullet and see if I qualified for more than a wet cardboard box. :) Benji walked me through the entire process (first time buyer, lots of questions) From types of loans, down payments, earnest, inspections and beyond. I had this meeting 1 month ago and I’m already in the thick of escrow! Every single member of his staff that I’ve met with has gone above and beyond to answer my questions and keep me informed throughout what would otherwise be a stressful situation. Home buying should always be this easy and it can be with Only1benji.

  Smooth loan process, very nice staff, made it easy for us! Loved the country feeling office, with complimentary food & drinks. As we waited to sign the loan papers. My husband & I enjoyed watching the movie that was on "Star Wars." Thanks, Benji & Staff
