  Taxes are a really hard thing to understand, and I'll admit that before coming to Melvin Mora & Associates I did not comprehend that tax laws and rules change yearly and sometimes monthly. I blame the government for making it so hard for people like me to understand but I have to thank Melvin Mora & Associates for keeping all the complexity out of my hair while explaining to me what I didn't understand. The biggest thing I have to say about this company is they make me feel safe. They really KNOW what changes happen in a tax season within the hour of it happening but still gave me that sort of care you can only get from a family business. They even helped me start up a business, took care of the bookkeeping and accounting, and Melvin Mora himself gave me business advice that I've been carrying with me to this day. I've also brought in my cousins that were scared about how their boss was taking advantage of them and their contractor status in taxes. But Melvin's daughter, Stephanie, was so patient and took her time explaining her answers to their questions, and helped them out of the hole that was dug for them. Melvin and Stephanie are an incredible team and made having a business and getting it serviced so simple. I get to just focus on making money and being passionate about what I do. I'm writing this review because I wish a business like this was on every corner, if it did the world would be a lot less confusing.

  Excellent service with great team, there is no better team 🙏🙏 My husband and I strongly recommend Marco Ortmond he specializes in immigration, marriages, and taxes. He was great help with accommodating our needs. He takes you step by step on what you need and how to get things done on a timely manner. Check them out with any services you need. Definitely recommend!

  I was referred to do my taxes with Melvin at Melvin Mora and associates Inc., and he is a very professional, caring, and knowledgeable accountant. This guy is the real deal, he is very experienced and definitely knows what he is doing. He does it all, he’s an accountant, paralegal, notary public, dabbles in real estate. Everything in my tax return was explained in detail and reviewed with me, and he answered all my questions patiently. Also, the company is very reliable. It’s very difficult to find a reliable and knowledgeable account, I highly recommend completing any of your needs with Melvin Mora. Good value for his services. 10/10

  Great business, Stephanie and Melvin helped with an amendment that I needed for an audit that I received. They guided me through the entire process and constantly followed up and asked detailed questions. If you want to get your taxes done correctly and receive added knowledge to improve your tax health then go to them you will not be disappointed by the professionalism that Stephanie and Melvin offer.

  I've always hated doing my taxes because there's so much information to put together as a 1099 and it's intimidating BUT my experience at Melvin Mora and Associates with Stephanie was life-changing. All my questions were professionally answered, my concerns taken care of, and most importantly my problems were fixed!! I've never experienced such a seamless and successful tax session. It makes me feel good knowing I have my tax issues 100% taken care of every year at Melvin Mora and Associates. PS ask for Stephanie, she's the best!

  As a young adult I didn’t know much about filing taxes and Melvin has made it super easy for me! He is very informative about the whole process and what he is doing.   I got married almost two years ago , the employee ho took my case , his name was Marco ! He did an amazing you , anything I neened al I have to do was to call him and he will get me copies of the case , help me out with any questions I might have .
