  I would’ve given 5 starts but the first time I was here late at night the staff was horrible. If you want good service the morning staff is a lot more kind. Definitely recommend going early in the morning.

  This place is the worst , employees do not want to do the job they were hired to do . Kathy is super rude and doesn’t want to help paying customers , called local currency exchanges to see if I could look up my plates to pay for new ones and Kathy was trying to charge me $10 to look up my information . This place really needs to hire new employees . I would love to be contacted by a manager so I can discuss this situation further .

  Worst currency exchange of all time!! First I went there to pick up 100$ money order and bcuz it was over 50$ they said the sender has to put my middle name even though I had confirmation number and ID. Than I had two payroll checks for over paying child support that were from fifth third bank and clearly states the county , check number, my name , etc. and was only 260$ but they said come back in morning so they can verify. Worst currency ever!! I went down the street and got my western union and my checks cashed. Do not go to Winston plaza currency they suck!!

  I went about a week ago and there was a line they have all these new girls and I guess that they're not trained to provide good customer service. While I was waiting in line there was 3 girls working there and they werent taking care of customers because they were trying to decide on what to eat and looking at menus. C'mon are you kidding me. And when I do get up there the girl that took care of me had a smart attitude. I mean if you dont want to work there then quit. Or ill just take my money else where. Oh and another thing last time I checked when you work at a currency you couldnt leave the store and these girls are walking in and out of the currency to buy food instead of taking care of customers.

  I went to buy plates for a new car and I have to pay 400 but with credit card i had to pay 16.00 extra i accepted but the lady charge 511. 00 on my credit card and on my receipt printed 416.00

  Horrible customer service! Asked her nicely if she could exchange my foreign money into dollars and proceed to rudely tell me it was worth nothing without even checking. She was just rude with a bad attitude

  The blonde big female was disgustingly rude someone pls hire better employees here! It’s simple, if u don’t wanna work there quit instead of being a rude disgusting human to customers!!

  If there was any way that I could put no stars I would . They are completely unprofessional and they pick and choose who they want to help . The lady ignored me while I was talking and started to talk to her coworker . And they all have nasty attitudes.Worst service I ever had from any currency exchange .

  one of like 3 other businesses I'm aware of that has stayed 24 hrs through all the covid. dependable.

  They are mostly able to do what is required... the service there though is a mixed bag. There are probably better places to get your bills paid.
