Bryan Oliva2I've been a coustumer with 5/3 Bank for years. It's a great bank, friendly people and they work hard. But, the only thing about this I dislike it's the ATM. It is horrible!! Everytime I need money from ATM it does not work!!! Almost everyday.

Liz5I wasn't a Fifth Third Bank customer, I had stopped by at this branch to ask for more information about their loan options. The staff I met was so attentive, helpful and genuinely friendly. I’m now planning on taking the rest of my bank needs with Fifth Third and looking forward to being treated like one in the family, instead of another bank account number. I especially loved the service from the two very pleasant young ladies Evelyn and Vannesa. They had brightened up my day, thank you!

Chris Fortier1I have been a loyal customer for years to this bank and always have had good customer service. But today I have meet the manager that will have me close all my accounts with this company and never do business with this company. Nikki the Manager on duty is a horrible manager. She will make you want to leave as soon as you walk into the door. She has a huge attitude, with dealing with other peoples money. She should be fired as a employee

Mario Alvarez3Have to leave this review im very disappointed that either on a friday afternoon or sat when its the most busiest this branch cannot get a grip on handling the influx of customers to attend due to poor management in terms of coordination. A word of advice to you first there should be 3 tellers as a standard rule and 1 banker to attend banking issues in this case you have 2 tellers on the frontline and 2 bankers sitting addressing other issues.. you should always have meetings prior to your day starting so incase issues arise you'll know how to handle them accordingly. On this last note the 3 stars are for the 2 tellers trying to handle it all by themselves this is about teamwork people if you see alot of customers and only 2 tellers its unfair to them and unfair to the customers having to wait there's no need for 2 bankers at their desks 1 should be good enough the other banker should step up and give help to their coworkers until things calm down this is about efficiency. This standard practice has to stop.

Judy Duenas1My name is Judy Duenas, I've had a checking account there for many years today is Thursday the 11th the bank Lobby closes at 5:30, I called with something really serious that needed to be taken care of because I could not get there in time. So I called at 3 minutes to 5. A girl answered and said may put you on hold, why bother asking if you're not gonna wait for an answer she said may I put you on old she put me on hold, I hung up at 16 minutes and 37 seconds. Then I called again at 5:15 and no picking up the phone at all. This is completely and 100% on acceptable, I may not be the most popular person or I may not be the person has the most money in my account all the time but OMG! Absolutely ridiculous incredibly let down. This is absolutely not the 1st time this has happened I've been in the dry through the only car in the drive-through and it was almost 6 minutes before someone acknowledged me and that's because I hit the call button. Again on acceptable, maybe you need to have more people on!! Seriously aggravated and very disappointed that shows how much your customers mean to you. I'm sorry to put up this negative review but you need to know this has happened one too many times. But again like everything elseThere are very good things I love the couple of regular girls that you have and I mean they ask me personal questions because they know me they know I've had surgery recently and they ask about it so, It hurts even more when things like this happen repeatedly.

Charles Odom1I had to get a refund on a cb radio from soundwerks. I gave them my state issued id and my address is on google. They said because their system could not find my address they could not cash my check. Why can't a manager call the business owner to verify? Very simple.

Joceline Puma1I will be closing my account simply because I wasn't allowed to use the bathroom at this paticular location. I understand covid but you are still up an running and had no problem taking my money. Also bank of America alows me tonuse their bathroom with no isue. I'm just going to stick to them

Christian1I walked in the place was completely empty. No sign in book to speak to anyone obviously because no one in the bank. I sat and waited to be acknowledged. No success. Bankers we're talking to each other. The guy in the suit who could of helped sat on his phone again not acknowledging me. Sat for a bit no one asked what I needed so I left. Terrible service. Don't come here. They obviously didn't want my business. Sad the service Industry has gotten to this point.

Thomas C1I was told that I had to make an appointment to set up a bank account (Lobby was empty). I then left and went to the 5/3 in Elmhurst at York/Park Ave and set my account up on the spot---hmmm. Drive past this place and go to the 5/3 in Elmhurst, you'll be better off.
