  Best words to describe Melissa is efficient and compassionate. Purchasing a home is a huge step in life and extremely stressful. Speaking with Melissa, she is able to put the stress at ease and come up with creative ways to get the job done. She is always available, even with a brand new little one of her own.   As first time home buyers, Melissa is the loan officer you NEED! From the very beginning, she explained to us not only the process of mortgage application, but also the process of home buying. She took time to help us find price ranges we could comfortably afford & always provided us with the transparency of maximum expected costs. She understands the gravity of the investment being made & makes you feel like no dollar is overlooked. We have also loved using the GRB mobile app, which makes it easy to securely submit important documents. We can't thank Melissa enough for her patience with our many, many questions.   Melissa was fantastic to work with. She met with us in person to go over our financials in the beginning and from there the process of securing a mortgage was seamless. We had a kiddo on the way so time was of the essence. She kept us up to date with everything and we were able to secure our mortgage in under two weeks! Cant recommend her enough.

  Melissa is the perfect Loan Officer. I was a client in the First Home Club Program (before it was revamped in 2019). She is so knowledgeable and professional, but also very "down-to-earth" and personable. The amount of help she provided to me was astounding.
