      I've been to all the stores in El Paso and their staff is 100% professional, they get you in and out as quickly as possible, their exchange rates are fair and up to date with world currency exchange rates, and always plenty of parking.....I'd recommend them to anyone in need of their services .....

      Horrible customer service. Cashier was refusing to cash a check because "the bank wasn't giving any information ". I tried to give her the number to call when she rudely said "it doesn't work that way". Well it turns out the bank wasn't refusing to give info, there was no answer and she was too lazy to call a different location. After telling her that there are two other locations she could call she finally did and verified. The other cashier cashed the check because she didn't even have the courtesy to finish the transaction.

      On your page it says that they close at 7 and you arrive and at 6 it is already closed, they do not stop you and they do not give you a good reason because their page says another schedule
