willie swain1Worst banking experience ever!!! I feel that I was mislead and misinformed and fruaded out of money I will let my readers decide. As a previous member the experience was good. I decided to go back and open a savings account to save money for a house. Upon opening my account I asked the nice young lady at the window if a fee was required to maintain the account and the answer was no. THE STORY BEGINS HERE.... I filled out their application I gave them my ID I gave them cash to open the account I signed the Signature form and I received a receipt and thI'm backe count was completed and I left. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE STARTS TO REVEAL ITSELF HERE... Because of their lack of due diligence they called me the day after to bring in additional information to validate to social and address. Ok fine, on my SECOND visit I brought in my social security card and mail as requested. Keep in mind I am a former customer, my address on my license is valid, my social number was validated against my card and it has never changed in my life. We are good, But NO! NOW IT GETS SILLY... the two mangers or the top manger get involved and she wanted me to go home and come back a THIRD time with a utility bill. Due to their lack of Proficiency And due diligence And professionalism At the beginning and now 4 days later I decided to just simply close the account. Jumping through all these hoops And being put through All of the unreasonable demands. HERE IS WHERE I SAY WHAT THE F... I officially never became a member but the manager wanted to charge me a membership fee and felt that I should be happy they did not charge me early closure fee. ALL THIS HAPPENED IN LESS THAN A WEEK! Shameful at best!! It was not about the money it was about the poor customer experience. The manager was rude and dismissive. ANSWER TO YOUR RESPONSE BELOW: I don't think you get it... 1) I was a previous customer, Ms. Candy knows me 2) I gave you a valid license with a valid/current address on it 3) I brought you a US Bank bank statement with my address on it 4) I brought you a medical bill with my address on it 5) and you gave you my social security card ASKING FOR MORE THAN THIS IS NOT COMPLYING TO FEDERAL LAWS ITS CALLED NOT GOOD SERVICE.... PLUS YOU CHARGED ME A "MEMBERSHIP FEE" THAT I NEVER WAS, 5 DAYS OF CONFUSION, SAD!!!!

Shannon Bohte5I've been with this credit union forever- I first opened my accounts way back when it was still "H & H Federal Credit Union." Even though it is not conveniently located for me, they are my primary bank because they are just that wonderful. I love the personal service that I get with them and I am proud to support this small financial institution.

E-man C1Loan depreciation not good at returning calls , seem to take care of only certain member "freinds". For a smaller cu you would expect great customer service, but I get better service from other CU's.
