  This bank is the perfect blend of a friendly staff, a great services, and a stylish interior design. There was a time when I was $120 in the red due to an error on my part. Mechanics Bank reversed all of my charges and restored my account balance to what it was before the incident. Mechanics Bank treats its customers like friends, not customers, which is why I do my banking at Mechanics and recommend it to others.

  I love this place! Occasionally the ATM will run out of money or something, but it's fixed immediately the next business day !! Always accurate and friendly. The reason I gave 4 stars is because mechanics charged me a fee for cashing a check from my job here when the check was from mechanics bank.. from what I thought that if you brought a check made out to self from someone else but the check had the mechanics stamp on it.. I thought it's free of charge.... Does this make sense?? But they told me no.... I still cashed it there but I will not again.. why go out of my way to go to the same bank? Nah I will give the extra few bucks to the cash n go locals..

  My boyfriend has been banking with you guys for ever but he's had about 4 fraudulant activities on his account this is rediculious. I'm changing Banks because of this ridiculous s*** that's going on with you guys.
