  I came to deposit money to a property management company. I gave them the with information needed to perform deposit along with $. She started the process then stopped and asked are you a customer? I replied i was depositing. She stopped handed me a paper saying with attitude your not a customer you have to fill out your own paper then handed me a pen without disinfectant. Always same lady with attitude.

  Charges $9.50 to cash their checks if you're a non customer. No thanks, I'll just go to my credit union. Also, extremely slow, dirty, and terrible customer service.

  Opening up my checking account was a breeze. When their ATM did not credit all MT cash to my checking account I received all my money within days Thank you

  This is not a bank .. it’s a kitchen Your safe at home is safer and smarter than all the inadequate employees / manager combined Errors after errors You can’t get cheat answers and everything done is amateur work with a lot of emotions and zero professionalism They think they make mistakes , you are entitled for your refund they will never give you back your money until over a month In waiting if you’re lucky Fees and unknown hidden fees undisclosed and once approved to reverse there is no date of reimbursement Simultaneously, They tried to hook my business up with their Elavon credit card prucessing company and that was the disaster and the divorce Not only that sister company was a disaster and hideous but when I decided to go different route with a different more convenient provider they kept the account opened and hit me with all the fees although I submitted a timely cancellation.. go figure Then realizing their errors they said we owe you the money but don’t know you will get your money back Good bye and I hope you leave our beautiful Pinole To restore its financial strength through a different much professional institute What a Joke .. they call it “ bank “ of the West

  Locks doors 1 min early, poor customer service. All in all not a good bank and an even worse branch...
