  Tellers are awesome. MCT as a whole has been wonderful & gets 5 stars. I am giving the 2 star to the banker that I got a hold of. She was very cold and uncaring. Bad experience, enough to make me close my account.

  Ellen with MCT is a truly professional loan officer. With no prior contact she called me me with an officer to refinance my truck. She was able to lower my interest rate lowering my monthly payment by about $65.00. For a lending institution to reach out to me unprompted was a stellar service in my opinion, going above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend MCT credit uniin to anyone who is not totally satisfied with their bank.

  Could not ask for better customer service. The drive through and the front counter staff are friendly and ready to assist. I wish I knew the names of each of these staff, I would list each one and tell you all thank you. I do however know one name, Kerri Hebert, Kerri is the one we turn to (lol she probably hates to see us coming and we hate it when she is out!!!). When we need financing or other specialized banking services our first instinct is to call Kerri. Kerri always educates us on the best choice, we are sincerely appreciative. Thank you Kerri for making the Lumberton Branch the quintessential banking experience.

  Just closed on my first mortgage with MCT after being a member for over 7 years. Between Chelsea, Brittany and Leah they made the process about as stress-free as possible. Highly Recommend!!
