  My husband and I began working with Ashley back in October. We were looking to refinance our home. In the beginning she was very helpful, always easy to contact and get in touch with, and moved quickly. We then had something come up that caused a hiccup in our loan process. It's funny, a few reviews down someone said they "had a few bumps in the road in their home buying process but Ashley was with them every step of the way." This was not true for us! When we had something come up that stalled our refinance, Ashley said it should be okay, that we should be able to get it fixed and continue on. I sent her everything she needed. Well, from then on out it became impossible to get ahold of Ashley. Whenever I would call and ask to speak to her I was always told she was on the phone or in a meeting and that she would call me back. I would never get a call back. I would email and not get a response. I suppose the amount we wanted to refinance wasn't enough for her to continue to worry with. Poor customer service.

  Wonderful experience working with MCS. Very easy process to refinance our mortgage. Ashley was very professional and on top of everything. Was a pleasure to work with her!

  The normal loan officer was out for the day, so the owner personally took care of my request. This is a very professional business that is run by processionals. From the time you walk through the doors you are treated like a human and not just a number. I highly recommend MCS for your loan needs.

  I've been doing business with this company for a few years now. It is obvious to me that this company knows the importance of RELATIONSHIPS and their goal is to provide the absolute BEST EXPERIENCE for their clients which also adds value to each of us. The staff, John, Anne Marie, Ashley and Rachel are second to none. They are very professional, always courteous and friendly and they CARE! I highly recommend this company for your mortgage needs.

  MCS is a wonderful company to do business with. They go out of their way to say "YES" even when others say no. They also make you feel like family and not just another business deal. Ashley Bass was GREAT!!!!!!!!! Now days it is very hard to find good customer service, but Ashley Bass exceeded that expectation and I thank her dearly.
