If it weren’t for her, my husband and I wouldn’t have been able to close on our new home. First Community is beyond fortunate to have someone of her character working for them, we are so appreciative of her!

  I've been a customer of theirs for almost 3 years. If I could find a way to get the window tellers an award I would. Those young ladies have gone far and beyond for me than any bank I've ever had. I have had a very horrible day and one of those sweet girls sent me a very uplifting little message on my receipt telling me it will all get better because she saw me crying going thru her second window. I've tried finding out who she was to tell her Thank you but she was such an angel she didn't let me know. 2 times they have opened their window for me because of reasons that would not matter to most people because it was quitting time. I will never leave that branch because they really do treat you like family. I will always refer First Community Bank of Wetumpka to anyone who needs a good family caring bank. God bless them and their families

  Today I came in to opening a checking account with Mrs. Beth Davenport. She was very helpful and sweet. She helped me understand all the details on understanding how a debit card works. I highly recommend using her to open a checking account at First Community Bank in Wetumpka.

  My husband and I have used this bank since 2006. We moved from AL to Mississippi in June 2018 BUT we just could not think of leaving FCBCA so we stayed and are so very grateful. They will be our bank, no matter what city, state, county or country we live in!! It is simply the best to deal with. The service is prompt, reliable and always on point. They take care of their customers. It's just that simple. Their staff has become part of our family and we love them!! We even have a lender on speed dial in our cell phones. Who can match that? If you want a bank that looks out for you, gets you what you need, answers all your questions, responds with unmatched promptness...stop by and let them get you hooked up with the BEST in the business!!   So I was recommended First Community bank by my contractor , and I have been regretting using them since day one. They closed me not once but twice, I had a construction loan with them that was according to them just going to turn over into a permanent loan to which I could use a VA Loan for. Well my construction loan matured and instead of renewing it they just reported to my credit that i was 30, 60, and then 90 days past due, even though I was paying the interest. Well my credit dropped 90 points and as a result I was not able to get my VA loan. I am a disabled veteran with a purple heart and I have never met a bank more unwilling to work with someone in my life. My mortgage became behind due to them raising my payment 150 dollars a month and I fell on hardships. Well on August 2 I received a letter from an attorney stating that my house was being foreclosed on. Well I went up to the bank with 4000 dollars in cash and MATT ROGERS told me i cant accept a payment. you have to pay the full amount. And then he has the audacity to ask me who my wife was. He then stated that the bank would be more willing to work with me if I had her take down a bad review. Being at a loss I did. Well I paid 4000 to which I am now only 775 behind and they are holding it in escrow and proceeding the foreclosure of my house.Now I am having to file Chapter 13 because they will not accept the other payment by the 31st which will pay all the fees and remaining balance. So yeah thanks MATT ROGERS for threatening me and then not keeping your word. IF YOU ARE A VETERAN DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY MATT ROGERS. I SERVED MY COUNTRY FOR 11 YEARS DID MULTIPLE DEPLOYMENTS ALL SO THIS CROOKED WEASEL OF A HUMAN BEING COULD TREAT ME AND MY FAMILY LIKE GARBAGE.

  Update!!!! still cannot use the automated system it keeps telling me my account number is wrong. This is so ridiculous! I am a new customer to First community Bank in Wetumpka. I have had more trouble trying to use the automated system than I should have had. When I opened my account the automated system should have been set up for me to utilize and it wasn't.
