  Fast and efficient experience with this team! It feels like time just flew by start to finish with everything and honestly buying a house is stressful in general, but I by far think this would have been the best option for me compared to going with anywhere else!   Not a good experience at all. Upon receiving documents related to estimated closing costs adding up to $4,200 on a $50,000 loan I asked why they were so high. Miranda told me that Gil would explain that to me. He informed me that the $4,200 was how much it cost to get the loan. I told him it was too much and I would look elsewhere or find other means. He proceeded to tell me, “your loan is a lot of work anyways so I’ll just withdraw your application”. The other lender I was shopping is doing the same loan for $770 in costs. Do yourself a favor and shop around, this place will take your hard earned money and line their pockets with it.

  Very personal, easy to talk to, very respectful, appreciates my business and does all he can to communicate efficiently in a clear voice tone and makes sure to always make eye contact. He explains the paperwork needed and how to process will go. I enjoyed working with this team. If you need assistance with a mortgage and want someone who truly cares for their clients this is the place!
