  Darla was wonderful to work with. The reception area is a nice place to wait & have a snack or drink & watch TV while waiting on my car. It was ready for me quickly and they did a multi point inspection to keep on file so I can stay ahead of any potential problems in the future. I will definitely take my car there to be serviced again.

  Chris was an amazing salesperson. He really was knowledgeable as well as patient. There was no push to have to purchase a vehicle. We did purchase a Nissan and are incredibly delighted with it and the service.

  Great customer service. I traded one Nissan for a newer Nissan. I have been using them since 2015 and never had any issues. Sales person Dennita was very friendly and helpful with all my questions. I came out with a lower payment which is always a plus! Buying process was as smooth as could be. I would definitely recommend Nissan vehicles . Clint in the Service department has always been great with my Murano.

  I had a good experience with Mckinnon Nissan service. They changed my oil for the first time and everyone was nice and professional. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and the service was quick.

  For the second time, this week I drove twenty four miles out of my way to have the second airbag recall work done on my 2006 Nissan Sentra by McKinnon’s Service Department because of the excellent service I had received in the past. I highly recommend them.

  Talk about above and beyond! McKinnon Nissan went way above and beyond to take care of me. My sales person Cody Smith was top notch. I have never owned a Nissan. I'm in love with the car. I strongly recommend McKinnon for your next car buying or leasing experience.

  I walked in expecting to just look at vehicles in the future, and i walked out with a 2019 Nissan Sentra and I am absolutely in love with it! They helped me more than I would have expected and were super sweet during the process. I feel like i made a couple friends just over the weekend by buying a car. Mo and Chris (in Sales) were the BEST this past weekend and they definately made my dreams come true!!!!!

  Got to hand it to the McKinnon Nissan service team. They were able to get my vehicle in for service quickly. They consulted with me on all service needs, told me what items were absolutely needed and what items could wait until my next service. As a female, I do not feel they tried to take advantage of me, or tried to push services on me my vehicle did not need. I trust them to do work on my vehicles and will drive 30 minutes to their location in Clanton rather than use another dealership closer to Hoover. They have earned my trust and loyalty ever since I bought my Nissan Rogue in 2012.
