  I love the employees at McKesson Employee FCU always going above and beyond to ensure members account security. Most financial institutions will not call you and ask about a transaction too make sure you authorized the withdrawal. Thank you so much for always having my back!

  Great customer service is hard to come by these days but the help I have gotten for the past year from James at the McKesson Federal credit union has been outstanding - we have only dealt by email but that was enough for clear directions and instructions.   I am never disappointed with the customer service I receive from my credit union. They are always willing to speak with you and work with you in such polite manners. It makes me feel like I’m more than “just an account”

  I love mckesson employee federal credit union. They are lightning fast with getting responses back to you. Their customer service is better than anything I've experienced before. They are willing to work outside their work hours, they are patient and will ensure that your question is answered and even follow up with you to check to see if the issue is taken care of and if you need additional help. Not to mention the security and ease of access with all the partner credit unions and the simplicity of their online banking. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

  This credit union is on top of things! I've been hacked twice and they were quick to cancel my cards and call me about it. I also lost all my cards recently and within 24 hours of messaging them I received a call that they will be cancelled and new ones sent out. Awesome bank and staff. Only issue is that all my money from work goes onto this card and it's a major inconvenience when this happens as I need to eat and feed my car. Que será que será......

  This credit Union has always been good and fair with me. I just wish they had weekend hours, or maybe even a 24/7 hotline to speak with someone regarding account issues. They're only available business days and hours.
