      My family and I have used Garry Cointot for years and recently some things have changed with the firm. Alan Rich is supposed to be handling my taxes and I cannot reach him (or Garry). I'm receiving notices in the mail that I'm going to be penialized for things that Alan previously told me were taken care of. I have sent 4 emails and included Garry in them as well. I have called 3 times and have gotten no response. I have triple checked that I'm using the correct contact information. It's apparent that something has changed with this firm because they used to be wonderful. There has been a gradual decline in organization and responsiveness over the past 2 years. I really hate to leave this review as I have thoroughly enjoyed my working relationship with Garry for many years. At this point, I'm hoping this review will get a response from one of them. I need to know what they have actually done (vs said they have done) and I need my tax supporting data back.
