  Everything was smooth, informative, and upfront. Jaime w/ money management was truly a breeze in what can often be and in my case were some complicated issues. She made it easy and was there every step of the way. Marisol at the branch was just great! I appreciated everyone and love my branch’s service!

  Had a wonderful experience with Marisol setting up our accounts. She was Prompt, courteous, friendly and professional. She answered all of our questions and went out of her way to ensure we had our on line access set up. 5 star service!

  I just went through the change over from GulfStates CU to McCoy Federal.I used the McCoy branch in Longwood, Marisol and Cindy helped me navigate the whole process, got my phone to listen properly, my card set up and me back on my busy way. Five stars for these ladies and I’m a happy new customer😊🌴

  Great bank overall even though sometimes is a hassle to transfer money to other accounts from the app as well as mobile deposits. Aside from those details and the reason why Im not rating the bank it self 5 starts I have to say that Marisol Rivera is an over the top employee. She is always eager to help, friendly and very professional. Very often process at the bank are tedious but she makes you feel confortable (usually go with the kids), she will get them stickers and teddy bears for them. Hopes she will stay in my branch for a while. Thank You Marisol, you are of a kind!

  TAKES 2 WEEKS FOR FUNDS TO BE AVAILABLE! DO NOT DEPOSIT HERE! Deposited 5k into a new checking account. Expected it to take the normal 3 to 5 business days. It is now 8 days later and im unable to pay bills and lost out on a great car deal because they are holding my money hostage for another week! Do not put your hard earned money here, they will put a hold on it for half a month and you can get evicted for all they care. Rep in person had the nerve to ask me why I transfered the money... ummmm to give you my business and open an account here and close my boa. Closing this account when they release my money. Unprofessional and they should have a disclaimer that it takes 2 weeks for available funds.

  Deposited my entire savings to MCCOY and they decided to keep it unavailable for 2 weeks because of "fraud prevention" and was unable to pay some bills on time for the first time in my life! If you deposit beware... It will take 2 weeks to use your funds! They don't care what grief that causes you. Bad customer service in person and on phone when trying to resolve. Lake mary branch
