  Great people and company to work with! I would strongly recommend anyone looking to use a broker to look here 1st! They are professionals, but also really CARE about their clients and the local Wilmington community. Pat has built this company on core values and morals, and it really shows, we have used them twice, and both different occasions his team was expeditious, knowledgeable, and impressive from beginning to end, and even after with a family dinner and donating to a Charity on our behalf!!. We have not only gained our family home, but great friends along the way! 10/10!
