  MBLO Funding made our refinancing so simple and easy. They are a great team to work with. I would recommend using them for any type of mortgage transactions. They kept us up to date and everything moved along very quickly. Only asked for information and documents one time. No going back and forth asking for more documentation.   My wife and I have used MBLO 3 times now. They make the whole process easy and painless. This last time, during the whole COVID pandemic lock down, they came to the house and let us sign the papers there rather than go into the office. I would highly recommend MBLO as your choice.

  I was referred to MBLO by a friend of a friend to refinance my townhome. My initial interaction was with Joseph, the owner. He was professional, detailed, yet down to earth. He was informative and proactively gave me information about the process, which I appreciated since it was my first time. I also liked that it is a family business and his wife took over the process after the initial application was done. The only thing that I would suggest, especially in this climate of fraud and scams, is to either give a heads up that multiple assistants would be apart of the process and contacting/asking for information or assign clients to 1 additional person besides the owners. That was the only part that became uncomfortable since I wasn't aware of multiple people contacting me for personal information prior to it happening. Otherwise, my experience was great and my goal was accomplished with MBLO's help.

  Annette and Joe are fantastic. They were attentive and responsive with every question we had regarding our mortgage. They helped us understand the process, and catered to our every need. The day before my closing, I was sent the majority of the paperwork to e-sign, so the actual Closing day was less than an hour at the Title company. Amazing five star experience. Use this lender - you will not be disappointed!
