Entire staff at this location is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. During one of my visits at the branch, Laura approached me to discuss current promotions and I came back that same day to open an account with MB. Everything was done efficiently, professionally. Very slow and rude need to take english classes to understand customers. I always have a problem with customer service at this location but it is the most convenient. So sad maybe a new manager might work that can train her employees
