  Mauricio is absolutely outstanding to work with!! So much so that we used him twice for our mortgage needs. With refinancing our previous mortgage and getting our next mortgage for a new home, Mauricio walked us through every step of the way with thorough knowledge and experience, answering all of our many questions quickly and with patience, kindness and care. After having such an awesome experience with him with our refinance, I was actually looking forward to the usually daunting process of getting a mortgage for our new home knowing that Mauricio was there to help us through it with his usual wonderful, kind guidance and support.   I could talk forever about how amazing our home buying experience was. Mauricio was super helpful from the get go! We were purchasing our first home and didn't even really know how much we could afford and he was able to ask questions and gather the information he needed to get us to a range where we felt comfortable. Buying a house is not an easy or a cheap process, but it helped to have so much support from our realtor and Mauricio every single step of the way. When it was all said and done, aside from not getting offers accepted obviously, it really was as easy of a process as I could have ever asked for. Day or night he was there to answer any questions we had about anything, even if it was 11 p.m. and I was worried about something, he was always there to reassure me and make me feel comfortable. When dealing with finances, that's so important. I highly recommend Mauricio for any and all of your mortgage loan needs because I can guarantee he will make you feel comfortable throughout the entire process.

  We work with Mauricio twice he help us a couple years ago buying our first home and them doing a home refinance, he always worked beyond and above our expectations.
