  Kurt from Kash Mortgage was great tow work with during the home buying process. He was able to beat the competition in rate and fees and was flexible in working with me on the best options for my family and I.   Getting a mortgage is so pain full these days with all the hoops you have to jump thru, etc. Kurt & His Team at Kash Make for a smooth transaction. I was able to get the lowest interest rate possible as well. Win, Win all around!!

  Had a terrible experience with Kash mortgage. We dealt with Scott and he would never return our phone calls. The only time we could get him on the phone was when he needed something and he would call us. During the underwriting process he called multiple times telling us to get our mortgage insurance lower or we wouldn’t be able to afford the house even though he approved us for 70,000 more than we bought it for. We had to call our insurance company and have it lowered 3 times every time we lowered it to what he said, but it was always wrong because he continued to need it lowered. We had to go through our realtor just to get a hold of him because if we called to ask questions he wouldn’t answer but he would answer for our realtor. I guess she was important enough to for him to answer. He told us we were approved for houses that we could not afford and we almost lost a house because of it. We were not impressed with the effort that he put into his work. When we showed up to closing, we were told that a credit card bill had been lumped into our mortgage that Kash mortgage had lumped in without consulting us. When we tried to call them about it nobody would answer their phones while we were at the closing table.

  Mr. Burk, we are disappointed to hear of your displeasure. We are surprised to say the least. You did not mention your displeasure during the process. Your mortgage loan closed on time and the terms were delivered as disclosed. I am sure that your statement of "never" getting called back is a bit overstated. In fact, we had many conversations during the Underwriting process. As far as your hypothetical case of losing a house, it is hard to defend something that did not occur. Sorry that you feel that way. We did for you what many others couldn't, get you a home mortgage. You don't know the struggle that was experienced to keep your loan together, so as to comment on the lack of effort is silly. In the end, you have a beautiful new home and mortgage with terms that are amazing.
