      Trust me when I say that they are not an honest company. They hit me with two 30 day late fees at the end of a loan become of a misunderstanding after a total loss claim. Someone totaled my truck while it was sitting on a parking lot. When I asked them to have some compassion the lady at the bank laughed at me.

      BEWARE, went inside to open a FREE checking account and lady made a hard inquiry on my account knocking my credit score 10pts! Wish I wouldve known they would do that!!!! Horrible customer service . The hard inquiry showed up as CBC innovis. Other credit unions/banks such as Champion, Toledo Urban,Citizens Bank etc dont do that
