  Our family was relocating from Pittsburgh to Atlanta and we needed to sell our home quickly. Matt and Katie came in, their photographer took amazing pictures and video that showcased our home perfectly. He marketed our home on social media and realty sites, we had tons requests for showings within a matter of hours of it being listed. Matt checked in with us regularly and after showings to talk about feedback, but this didn’t last long because our house was sold in 17 days!! Matt was thorough in our closing, no surprises, and it went very smoothly. They are so generous and thoughtful- they sent us a gift card to a great local restaurant in Atlanta, that we very much appreciated.

  Matthew is a wonderful agent to work with both as a buyer and a seller. He was very patient and accommodating while we searched for our perfect home. He made the buying process very smooth. He was also our agent when we sold our last house. Matthew and his team did a wonderful job marketing and promoting the property. He followed up on all of the showings, relayed any and all feedback and ultimately sold our home in 6 days. His knowledge of the market and customer service his team provided, surpassed our expectations. I would highly recommend!

  We wanted to relocate from PA to NC, but didn't know how to go about selling and buying across state lines. Matt educated us on how do it, guided us through the process, and followed through on everything. He kept us informed through every step, was very responsive to our needs, helped us set goals and manage expectations. His team uses great up-to-date technology that allowed us to easily schedule and manange appointments, and to keep current in the status of where things were throughout the selling process. Matt listed our home at market value, and anticipated a quick sale. Our home sold in 4 days above asking price. He worked with our team in NC to coordinate the purchase of our new home and arrange tandem closings. We couldn't have had a better team to assist us with our relocation goals.

  I've worked with Matt McKenna for approximately 10 years now and have consistently found him to be one of the most professional real estate agents I have had the pleasure of working with. In my profession (home inspector), I have dealt with many agents who dispute or try to diminish found deficiencies in our inspection reports. This has never been the case with Matt. He clearly puts the interest of his client first. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell property.

  Matt sets the standard in real estate. I speak from experience, conducting not one but two transactions with him. Matt’s concern and loyalty to his client is his first priority. I was a first time home buyer in my first transaction, Matt put me at ease and answered all my novice questions, humbly and professionally. Matt was always available to take a phone call, send an e-mail, or that last minute text message. What sets Matt apart from the rest is his intuitive cutting-edge technology and marketing. Everything Matt does is state of the art, leading the industry. His marketing is at the fore front putting your property on top of everyone’s list. His ability to set up appointments, sign documents, arrange showings, receive feed back, all done paperless is a huge advantage. Matt sold my home in five minutes, I thought it was a prank text, no it was a home buyer and it sold at asking price. I have since moved out of state and moved to a state where an attorney and a real estate agent are required. Two things, first you will realize how great Matt is and second you will realize how technologically advanced Matt and his team are. Matt is not driven by money rather your satisfaction. Matt’s work ethic is something to behold. In today’s day where work ethic is low and entitlement is high Matt is the anomaly. Matt and his team are above reproach.

  My fiancé and I were first time home buyers, and Matt was extremely helpful and positive with us searching for our first home. Some of my friends in similar situations with other realtors told me how difficult their experiences had been in making offers and actually getting their house. Working with Matt was great because he was laid back with us but knew what he was doing which made everything less stressful, which I needed as were also wedding planning! We started looking for houses in the winter of 2017 and closed on our dream home here in April. Everything at the closing table appeared the way Matt had explained, and was a much quicker process than I realized. I can't say enough positives about the Matt McKenna team!

  12 days before closing I find out the buyer backed out not from my agent but from the title company. I asked a week before if everything was set to go. I was told yes. My home is half mobile with an addition and a full finished basement. They knew this I told them I didn’t have a VIN I was told no problem. Last minute after I rented a storage unit. Donated all my kitchen stuff amongst other things. Danny was a great young man. Matt is an arrogant douche. There is one star only because no other option or they would have got minus stars

  When you checked in two weeks ago everything was still on track. The buyer terminated because he was ultimately not able to obtain his financing which is entirely out of our control, and is typically more difficult for mobile homes to begin with. I spent DAYS working on nothing but trying to salvage the deal with other lenders. I’m sorry you feel this way after everything we have done for you.

  Matthew McKenna group was an amazing group of people to work with. I had personal experience with them all especially Tara Sibley. She was professional, reliable, knowledgeable and made the entire process more enjoyable. Thank you again for such a great experience!

  My fiancé signed with this agency to sell her home. An agent came out to present a bill of goods but once they had the contract, that agent disappeared and Matthew took over. He never met the seller or saw the home, A buyer from the previous agent came and the sale literally fell in his lap, but he did nothing to make it a smooth or pleasant experience. He was arrogant and rude, incompetent with advice, lied to my fiancé, failed to respond to her calls and questions, and let unauthorized buyers in w/o her knowledge. She had to coordinate the closing with the closing company, get involved in scheduling inspections, and he tried to accommodate ridiculous buyer requests without telling her, etc. Not what she expected of her representative! He had no manners and and repeatedly did not act on my fiance’s Behalf. Frustrated with his incompetence, she reported him to the District Manager.,Caren, but he never personally apologized, so we don’t even know if the DM took it seriously and followed up. Our experience leads us to advise others to stay away from KW, as they seem to want your commission, but refuse to uphold their responsibilities. Most unprofessional agent we have ever encountered! DONT TRY TO SAY I HAVE THE WRONG AGENT! Matthew MCKENNA AND Tara Sibley out of Keller williams in Wexford! Dah! Can’t be man enuf to own up and admit you suck! So Caren never got after you, huh? Pathetic service. O excuses.

  Edit: Bill, I was able to go back and figure out who your fiancé is and let me start by saying I am 100% BEHIND my team in the way Oneida Trail was marketed and transacted. This property was listed 3 separate times with different agents with no sale. We were not only able to generate multiple offers, but additional interest and potential back up offers even after the property was under agreement. All of this despite the fact that only 2 hours into the listing you were unhappy with our professional photographer (whom I've never had a single complaint about in all the years I've been using him) and I offered to release you from the listing so you could hire anyone else of your choosing. You also had the ability to terminate our listing at any point in time if you were unsatisfied, as we only sign 1 day listing agreements with ALL of our clients. Against my better judgement and at the insistence of your fiancé we agreed to continue to market the property. Once under agreement my team went above and beyond coordinating the municipal requirements for you and meeting everyone at the house necessary to complete the transaction since you were in Florida during the course of the transaction. On top of all of this, I was able to keep the buyer from walking away when you had water pouring in from the roof all the way 3 floors. Most reasonable buyers would have walked away at this point, but we spent HOURS on the phone reassuring this buyer that everything was being handled in a professional manner. I"m sorry you were un happy with our ability to sell your property at 98.12% of it's list price in 2 months after being on the market for years with other agents, but my team acted entirely professional from start to finish and got you almost everything you wanted out of the sale. I stand behind everything we did for you both, from start to finish!

  This is an amazing group of people who listen and find what you are looking for. They show they care about you and the community. They even send me a birthday card every year and I bought my house 6 years ago.
