  I know that the refinancing process can at times be dragging and a hassle, but Ernie made the entire process easy and smooth. He was always quick to respond and always had the answer whenever I had a question. He worked with the numbers to try and find me the best rates and I felt that we were in good hands with him. I've done a refinance before and Ernie was definitely much better than my previous person. I will definitely use him again and would recommend him to all my friends and family if they are looking for a refinance person. Thank you Ernie!!

  Ernie is the best! I was very hesitant to approach another mortgage agent who hailed from the Philippines after a horrifying experience I had with one whose aim was just to get more money from his pocket and who was full of lies. I told myself, never again. But Ernie is truly an exemption. He was very helpful from the beginning to the end, and was able to have my refinance mortgage completed in 3 weeks while it was being processed with a bank for over 3 months already and still not completed. Very satisfied customer here, thank you so much, Ernie!

  Ernie from Matthew 61921 Mortgage is definitely not your average mortgage broker/real estate agent. We‘ve worked with a few loan agents from all the major banks but no one comes close to the level of personal service that Ernie offers. His honesty and humbling character throughout the process is such a breath of fresh air. Though he is very efficient in closing escrow ASAP he’s not hesitant to keep you informed if he finds a better deal that caters to your best interest, unlike most brokers that want a quick close so they can move on to next client. I won’t be hesitant to contact Ernie if rates go even lower or I’m in need of any real estate services. I highly recommend Matthew 61921 if your in need of Mortgage Broker or real estate agent.

  We tried and talked to many of mortgage companies and even research top big ones on line. However, most of them gave us the run around and others promise us something but will try to hide some details that in the end will cost us more. Then enter Ernie Lim.
