  Matt and his team at Intercap Lending are best-in-class. I was first introduced to Matt through my real estate agent in 2018. Throughout the last couple years, I have reached out every couple months with questions. Matt was always there with quick and detailed answers. He takes time to know your and your situation. Last month, my wife and I finally used Matt for a mortgage on a new home. Because we were competing with an all-cash offer, we needed to get the mortgage done within three weeks.   I have done multiple refis and purchases through Matt and his team. As a homeowner and investor, I can without reservation, recommend Matt and his team is the best group you can work with. I always get multiple quotes for any type of real estate financing that I am considering and Matt’s team has beat everyone consistently hands-down. In addition, they are super easy to work with. I just Closed on two refis... It is very telling when the title company tells you that anyone who works with Matt and his team is always happy and that is not the case with all of the lenders that they work with. Save yourself the time and headache and work with these guys… They are the best.
