  Matt did an excellent job with our Mortgage needs. We were in a bind and needed to get something done quickly. Matt was able to setup a closing date much faster than our sellers were ready to close which was within 2-3 weeks after offer acceptance (I don’t think they expected that kind of speed) and I know Matt could have done it sooner than that but the sellers caused some delays. If you’re looking for someone that calls you back with confident answers and a strong knowledge of available mortgage options Matt is your guy. Thanks Matt Larry Kiser

  I first meet Matt a little over a year ago. My wife and I just started house hunting and Matt helped us get all the financials in order. I had a somewhat "complex" setup, at least in my mind. I had money that I was using from my 401k, money that was a gift from family, and of course all the other stuff that comes with buying a house. Matt made it all easy. He was able to get our pre-approval which let us make the offer on a house that we loved! It's now been almost 1 year in our new home. No issues, no surprises. My mortgage is what I agreed with, and there have been no financial surprises since we closed. I already recommended Matt to my close friends, and I would absolutely use him again!
