  We decided to work with Matt and Intercap after getting rates from about 8 different companies. Matt’s team made the best offer in terms of fees and rate. Equally important, Matt provided excellent service, responding quickly to requests and explaining the process thoroughly. In one critical instance, Matt acted in our interests, even though it was not to his financial advantage. This really built a lot of trust in the relationship. I strongly recommend Matt’s services if you are doing a refinance or purchasing a house.

  I’ve refi’ed with my “go to” company for years, and always got good rates, pricing and great service. As rates dropped again I check with my “go to” and also with Matt, Matt’s pricing with better so I decided to go with him. The experience was unbelievably easy, Matt really knows his stuff, the process was the smoothest I’ve ever been through, very very happy I chose Matt and needless to say, I’d happily use him again for my mortgage needs.

  Intercap Lending, Inc has been the best experience I have had with getting mortgage loans. I have gone through them 3 times and can't say enough good things starting with Stephanie Bevard, Matt Harris, Spencer Evans along with everyone who helps them gather all the information. They are easy to work with and very accommodating. I know I will use them with any future needs that comes along.

  Matt's process of refinancing was so fast. I thought it would take a few months to close, but it only took a few weeks, if that. I was told about Matt through my Tax Advisor, he said he is fast and friendly. He also replies back when he says he will, there is no wasted time. It was a pleasure working with him.

  I was referred to them by my real estate agent. I didn’t have any problems with them for my first home purchase. They had answers for all of my questions, and were always quick on their responses. They even handled the curveball we had the week of closing without a problem. I don’t have experience with any other lenders, but I would be happy to go back to them again.

  Matt is awesome and helped me through step by step making sure I understood everything. He went above and beyond to help me because I am self employed it made it difficult but Matt made it a breeze. I am going to refer him to anyone that needs help.

  The only reason I went with intercap lending is because I was assured that I would not pay origination fee. Every lending institution I talked to destroyed intercaps interest rates. But I was encouraged by my agent and intercaps rep to go with intercap cuz I didn’t have to pay 1% origination fee. But wouldn’t you know it at closing there it was an origination fee. Maybe not 1%, but an origination fee none the less. Which upped my closing costs more than I was told. ALL the people I dealt with were wonderful people, but I really don’t like deception. I could have saved myself $50-$75 @ month if I would have went somewhere else with lower interest rates. But live and learn I guess..
