  Matt Gibbons is simply an outstanding loan officer! He always goes the extra mile, he is a great communicator, and is quick to respond to your questions. I chose Matt and Guaranteed Rate because my office and my clients ALWAYS had good experiences. Matt is always ready to help and takes his time to explain things to his buyers. Guaranteed Rate has a wonderful online system and several team members working on files efficiently and around the clock. They only ask for documentation once, and they are always on top of their files. This is absolutely unique - especially in this real estate bubble. I have had lenders that ask buyers for documents three or four times and hold up closing on things that are not the responsibility of the buyer. Matt and Guaranteed Rate blow the competition out of the water. I could not recommend a better loan officer!
