  John Pace and his team are hard working and do a fantastic job to get me the lowest rate. Communication is top notch and things move very quickly. From the start of loan application to closing was less than 30 days. This is the third time I have used John and his team and will definitely use again.

  My husband and I recently refinanced our home through cross country mortgage. The experience was amazing! John Pace has a great team of people working for him. We mostly dealt with Kelley, Julia and Zack Kelley kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. She was fantastic. Our loan was closed in a timely fashion. If you want to refinance on your loan I would contact Cross Country Mortgage and ask to speak with John Pace and his team.

  Hi I have refinanced twice with cross country mortgage and John pace during Covid. My mortgage rate is the lowest I’ve ever had it . The whole process moved along very easily and smoothly. I was in touch with Kelley Slattery and Julia Nieberle for a great experience. I have talk to friends that have used other companies and it has been awful for them.   I'm a loan officer. I appreciate the fact people call me to inquire about a mortgage. I recognize the excitement that buying your first house means. I called Mr. John Pace from Massachusetts to ask about a loan for my first house. This individual sounded so disinterested, so annoyed by the call; it seemed he was just waking up at 3:30PM. He gave me a very brief explanation and hanged up on me. I called him back and he just TOLD ME to go online and fill out an application! I argued with him and he asked me if I was telling him how to do his job, and yes, I was. I was telling him to engage, to show that my inquire was import for him! Please, go with a mortgage company that cares about your business. A company that will work very close with you to get your first house. Also, CrossCountry Mortgage rates are one of the highest. Vey disappointed on this entitle person!
