  Matt is as good an agent as you will find. He is knowledgeable and detailed, and that is important, but his real strong suit is that he really cares about his clients and is going to be there for them - whether it's setting up and reviewing appropriate coverage or expediting a claim. He communicates and follows up when something needs to be taken care of.

  Matt was prompt , courteous, thorough, considerate, listened to my questions & answered every one other than the fact that his fly was open the whole time it was a great experience ( joking about the fly being open)
