  Beware of their hidden loan fees! In order to pay off a (non-mortgage) loan, they charged me $195 in extra fees. I was unable to find a reference to the fees in my loan documents. I asked Matadors to point me to where the fees were listed in my loan document and the loan officer said they are not in my loan document, however, I was still required to pay the fees in order to pay off my loan. I have filed a complaint with the CFPB & NCUA and I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the California Department of Business Oversight and the FTC.

  Trash. Basically only students should use this trash. Atms never work. No shared branches anywhere. 711 has atms though, only for withdrawal.

  They are patient and willing to assist you in your needs. Often times it's nice and quiet inside and you get your business handled faster than most places I've been to. Would recommend!

  I've banked here since I move to Northridge, a few years back. This location has a great customer service. I love this Matador Credit Union branch.
