  Dennis has hands down been the BEST. My boyfriend and I went to him with little hope that we could even buy a house. After months of him fighting for us to get our home we are now proud home owners!! Whatever you need done, he can make it happen. Forever grateful.

  I had zero ideal about what buying a house involved or how to go about anything related to it. I didn't even know if I could make it happen. Dennis not only made my dream come true but handled everything for me and only had me provide what he needed to make it happen. He did all the hard work and meet the deadlines. I highly reccomend him. He is knowledge in the area of expertise of Morgatage needs and he was on my side all the way. Before I met him it felt like he was my friend for years.

  Dennis has been a huge help to my wife and I in the process of refinancing our house. When all the other banks (and I do mean ALL) said there wasn't a way-Dennis made it happen.   I on first hand would like to thank Dennis as he worked so hard on our loan. . I talked to Dennis on and off for few years after a mishap and against my better judgement, I went through a different company and lord knows I regret every minute as they drug me around for months. I called Dennis back, explained what had happened and he was pretty blunt but with an understanding side.. He by no means sugarcoats anything however hes just what we needed. He gave me my homework and we immediately went to work he only needed few items from me.. We got our loam finished with him less then 20 days!! !! The lord works in mysterious ways and we will never be able to thank you enough! !!!

  I felt like he was my dad, he really cared about helping us, he went out of his way to make sure that we got everything we needed, he would work after hours, and even came to my house to get paperwork and deliver it for me, I would highly recommend Dennis to anyone.
