  Buying here is pretty good. Have a wide selection at fair prices and are pretty open to negotiating on almost everything. However trying to pawn or sell something here is laughable. They look it up on ebay and offer the lowest price they can find. Will give you hardly anything for electronics because they have so much of it. If you try to negotiate when selling/pawning they get insulted or laugh you out of the place. Customer service all over the place. Have a couple of nice employees then you have the uneducated or uncaring ones. Get mad when you tell them you are just browsing.

  Always treated with respect. Friendly staff. Nice selection! Highly recommended. Beats other local pawn shops hands down.

  Great customer service. Clean store. Polite people. They greet every person that walks through the door and the staff is knowledgeable and professional.

  I've never bought anything there, but I've been there a few times. The prices on instruments are good. The gun prices seem fair. Some of the tools seemed overpriced, considering most of them are well used.

  Went here to pawn a Couple things and I had my baby with me in his car seat. A guy saw me struggling and came out to help. They were also nice once I got inside.

  Make sure u check your item & if u can't in the store get 48 hours to bring back for cash refund make them type it on the receipt cause they buy stuff without checking it first & without all the pieces to the item then when they find out they say they will sell it to the next person & won't give money back it will be as is & check your money cause they will pass off torn bills won't go there again bad business!!!

  I am very sorry you had a bad experience. We do attempt to check out every item that comes in to ensure it is complete and functioning. Sometimes we get fooled. On the bottom of your receipt it plainly states no cash refunds. You have 24 hrs to check your purchase out and return it for in store credit. We do make exceptions when there are special circumstances that warrant it for good customer service. Torn money is still legal tender. If you would like to call the store or come in and speak with me or one of the assistant managers, we will be happy to investigate and see if there was a misunderstanding we can clear up for you. Again sorry for the bad experience. I do feel this review is unfair and untrue, but like I said I will be willing to listen to you and see if I can make it right for you.   Waited forever and the guy was super rude and cocky. Looked for the lowest price he could find on eBay for a brand new tv i wanted to sell and kept trying to talk in circles to me, probably trying to confuse me, and so I just left. Never coming here again.

  The employee was rude and wouldn't even look at what I brought in just said they weren't accepting them right now. I felt discriminated against since I was the only white person in the place and could see them whispering to each other before I reach the counter. Never again will I come to this store. It's a shame to see what my hometown has become.
