  I recently refinanced my house with Josie and Leaderone Financial. All our communication was via phone, text or email. She is very knowledgeable and honest, which made me trust her. She was always available via text at any hour and even when she was out of the office. She also followed up on my questions or concerns quickly. Josie was with me every step of the way and I never felt alone or lost in the process. She took the time to explain things over the phone and even offered to meet me and my husband.   Josie, was awesome through out the entire refinance process. She was very informative and attentive to all our questions.   Josie was proactive and attentive to my needs as well as making sure we take the contract to the finish line- even with some challenges. She worked diligently to overcome hurdles on the sellers' end and by working cooperatively with my broker. More importantly, thanks to her and her teams' attention to detail reviewing my credit report with a fine-toothed comb, I was able to get my security deposit back in full due to my landlords failure to update the credit entry with my rent paid in full with no delinquencies. I’m so impressed!
