I got preapproved w/ multiple lenders to compare services and right out the gate Chris impressed me with the best communication and very competitive rates/costs. When we finally got an offer accepted we had a very aggressive closing timeframe and Chris guaranteed they could make it happen. Him and his team had excellent communication throughout, were very helpful & patient w/ any questions I had, and had us closed with no issues. Highly recommend!

  My husband and I hadn’t purchased a home or done a refinance In 18 years, so we were very apprehensive about going through the process. Chris was highly recommended to us, and we can see why. He made the experience as pleasant and stress-free as possible. We kept going back and forth between selling our current home, to keeping it as a rental, and finally settled on just selling it for our new purchase, and Chris kept up with each of our changes and still delivers within our time restraints. And he also didn’t show any annoyance, which was very kind, considering we made his work harder. I honestly felt like we were his only clients, with his fast reply to emails and constant contact to make sure we knew what was going on with each step of the process to ensure we met our deadlines - he gave fantastic service from start to finish!

  Chris Wagner has been my go-to mortgage loan guy for over 20 years. I tried a different lender one other time and the experience was horrible - no returned phone calls or emails, delays in underwriting and funding, etc... I will never do that again. Chris is the best mortgage loan person that I have ever been associated with. With 7 loans completed with him (both purchases and refi's) I have always been very impressed by his proactive communication and incredible professionalism. I will never take my business anywhere else.
