  Koorosh is simply the best. My wife and I were in the difficult position of wanting to buy a house in the crazy competitive Los Angeles market while needing to sell our condo in order to do so. Koorosh brainstormed several different options with us and came up with creative ideas for how to make it all work. The timing needed to be PERFECT for us to close on the sale of our condo and get those funds transferred over to escrow on the purchase of our house since our offer needed to be non-contingent. Koorosh found the lender, got the loan funded, and did everything to make the process successful. He was always available to take our calls and respond to our emails quickly, and answered every question we had. We cannot recommend him enough.

  We’ve worked with Koorosh out of a recommendation from a friend and worked with him for a previous refi. Koorosh is up to the challenge every time. Our latest challenge: - Purchase a home in a super competitive market (Bay Area) - Need to make our offer stand out among all the other offers: - Very short timing to close - Removal of all contingencies (loan, appraisal and inspection) - High % down mean everything Our challenge to Koorosh: - Close in 21 days - All contingencies waived - Jumbo loan - Majority of our money tied into our existing home - In midst of selling our home - Limited down payment ~20% Koorosh pulled through and made us aware the offer was considered a “risky” move. We decided to move forward to make our “offer” outshine other buyers. The whole process needed to be completed “perfectly" to close on time. He finalized all the documents ahead of close and had 2 days to spare. We got the house at a great price, we got the loan, and we closed on time. I don’t think a Mortgage Broker from a big bank would’ve been able to do all of this (we’ve previously closed 30 days and 60 days for our other two homes). Koorosh knows his craft, he’s personable, makes it easy and always makes the time to talk to you (day or night or even after hours), and he is also always on your side.

  Koorosh did an amazing job of finding a program that worked for our circumstances. As recent retirees, we had a hard time finding a loan with good rates. Once we connected with Koorosh, he identified a good program for us within a few minutes conversation. It not only offered a good rate, but required a lot less documentation and gave us more flexibility. Also, when the program rates changed between the initial quote and closing, Koorosh stepped in and was able to improve the rate. He really helped guide us through the whole process and went the extra mile for us.

  My husband and I recently closed on a home in Los Angeles thanks to Koorosh Farzad! We were told by every lender we initially spoke with that we needed 30+ months of reserves since this was technically a 2nd home (our home in Chicago hadn't sold yet). Our loan was a very complicated one as we owned several businesses that we were in the midst of selling. After dealing with 3 lenders who couldn't get it done, our realtor suggested we give Koorosh a call and from day 1 his confidence and demeanor put us at ease and sure enough we were able to close without any issues. We were in constant communication and he always answered our calls. He was an absolute pleasure to work with! I highly recommend him!

  OMG! I cannot say enough amazing things about the service I received from Koorosh. He was my angel during what was an exhausting and long process with a probate house in Los Angeles. What may be "normal" for a probate situation is not something I was really prepared for. Miscommunication and delays across the board on the sellers side of things. Koorosh was the superman who went well beyond his role to step in and continue to push things through even pointing out things that the escrow company, title company, attorney and sellers agent were not doing or doing correctly! WOW! He also had to deal with me, an overly controlling person who needed to understand every dollar in the deal. So thank you, you are amazing. You made this new home a reality for me!
