  My husband put me down as a reference for this company so ofcourse when he had a missing payment, they would call me.They would give me all of his balance information and that if my husband called they would help him get back on track. My husband called and they told him that he should ask family members to borrow money because if he didnt pay then they would take further action (so no help at all) . One day they called me and in all honesty I didnt want to deal with them so I just hung up as soon as she said who she was. She called back and left me a rude message; then today I call them and ask what the balance was so that I could drop off the payment. I got transferred to the lady that had called me onl for her to tell me that she called me a couple days ago and I hung up on her and that she couldn't give me any balance information. ODD because she had given me that info in the past when she would call me. IDIOTS!!

  It’s sad that this company is taking advantage of people. I understand that not having a good credit have consequences I been asking for my vehicle pay off and the answer I got was is the same amount of money with interest and with out interest. I told the lady that it wasn’t right because there is a contract for the total of number of payments. And all she said that’s how this company works and what can you spect if you don’t have a good credit To my understanding she told me that we need to pay for the total interest % and than pay the vehicle not good

  Horrible customer service!! They do not know how to treat human beings and feels like they take their anger with the customers!!! The rudest people I've ever encountered in my life so far!! Not just one person but most of the people I have dealt with. They feel like they can treat people like they're nothing (to not say offensive words). Seriously unless you really do not have an option I would never in my life recommend them. If you do service with them try to avoid having to deal with any of them at all cost!! Seriously a horrible experience with this company and I guess I'm not the only one that has felt this way.

  Financial scammer be careful. My brother-in-law bought a car and made all payments on time and at the time he finalized the account they said there was an amount due of $ 95.20 do not trust this company

  Thiago can you elaborate or explain what that balance was for. I do not have an account number so I cannot look up the account. Was your brother late on his payments and accrued late fees? I would really like to know how I can assist.

  Well, no company is perfect... I am sure that reciving calls from the institution its because its their job... And you will definitely get 100 calls from whatever you had finance something because its their money specially if you're not paying according your contract. So far I have had not have any issue except about the insurance documents but because of the insurance company not because of them. All companies gave laws and regulations when contacting a client... And rules... But if you are being rude to some one whos doing their job well... It isnt that persons fault your having a bad day. Remember that these people behind the phones are also coming to work and have to provide to their home bring something to the table. Just remember that everytime you get a call no matter where you get it from. 😉🙏 I definitely looking forward to work in this company.

  If there is a Zero stars this place is it. They don’t even deserve 1 star ⭐️. This place is Horrible!! I had to wait for almost 45 minutes for notary service and then my 3 year old daughter needed the restroom. They didn’t even allow her to use the restroom. Come now can’t make an exception for 3 years old!!! How mean is that! Then the manager tells me it’s a liability issue ? Really but he couldn’t even give me one example of it being a liability issue. So stupid. Hope they one day have a child that needs to use the restroom and someone tells them no it’s a “liability” issue.

We are a private business and have signs stating we do not offer public restrooms. Public Restrooms have certain laws and regulations that have to be followed if you are going to offer a public restrooms.   MAS are the best honestly I love dealing with them they are fast in response they try to help as much as they can fast quickly in everything my most thanks god to Dave Hill he just an amazing helpful person he is the best rep that anyone could deal with

  I've never had a problem like others I see in the reviews have had but I've always made my payments on time.

  The most ghetto and unprofessional finance company I have ever dealt with in my whole life. If you are a day late,YOU are bombarded with non stop harassing calls and messages. If you make payment arrangments,you still get like 20 calls every day with their wanna be threatening tone of voice saying you are late. I picture this unprofessional staff operating out of a garage somewhere. I can't wait to finish paying off my car and never having to deal with these people ever again.

  Don't miss a payment. They will call you all day every day. I was late on my payment, but still making partial payments when I could. I only had 60 dollars left on the payment and they threatened to have the vehicle repoed! They have terrible customer service. One of the worst companies ever! Never finance with them. You will regret it
