  I had a great experience. I applied for a car loan and Marian has been exceptional and responsive throughout. It was quick and easy and she was so nice. I had tons of questions because Tesla doesn't do things normally like regular dealer. Overall, super happy and would go again for other loans

  Awful service. I expedited a debit card to my new address. They charged me a fee and then said they weren't responsible for it not arriving. They have a laissez-faire attitude and the VP, Larry said I wasn't a customer but a member, as though that make the lack of care justifiable. Monique would promise to call with an update and never did. I've been banking with Maroon for 7 years and it's a shame that instead of elevating their service it's taken a nose dive. I do enjoy the personal attention given by Nina. She really is amazing. They should make sure she comes back after her leave because they need someone with critical thinking skills bad, especially if Larry is really the VP.

  Oh my goodness. This was the worst banking experience of my entire life. No online payments...random checking of bank machine deposits resulting in late fees...they don't actually seem to know what an overdraft actually is. Obviously I only lasted about 6 months before changing to a competent bank. But my suffering doesn't end. Despite numerous phone calls to remove me from their mailing list...three years later I still get endless junkmail from them. Do not open an account with this bank unless you want smug incompetent service and mail harassment FOREVER.

  I am presently on hold to speak to managment; my last two visits the representative did not greet me with a smile and were not friendly. I explained I left my glasses and the rep acted like I asked her for her money. I then said thank you and she moaned and I repeated thank you before I received "you're welcome."

  The people are friendly, helpful and honest. For individuals, the are preferable than commercial banks, in my opinion. I also believe they are more stable.

  Great services. Location difficult to reach by car with all the construction. If you don't go into the parking lot, you have to park wherever you can find a spot, usually a block away.

  Nice place. In and out in minutes. But the cap on daily withdrawal amount is low
