  Marni is a pro! She has a breadth and knowledge of mortgage industry tools and resources that proved to be extremely valuable in our home purchase. Our situation was somewhat complex.   Being this was our first home buying experience, we were nervous going into it, to say the least. We were referred to Marni and that referral was spot on. Marni sold us right off the bat by being willing to meet us at a place convenient to US (not her) to lay out specifics and prep us on what could help out our situation prior to approval of the loan. Applying for a mortgage can be a process and I had A LOT of questions throughout (Marni might say that’s understatement!) but she and her team took each one in stride and with a ton of patience. Marni was very educational and never seemed to be “selling” us on anything. Although she is super personable, Marni’s professionalism is at the forefront. She wants was is best for her clients and I would highly recommend her and her team at V.I.P Mortgage!
