Dottie “Dottie” Mount2My past experiences have been pleasant enough to return. Unfortunately, the last teller that I interacted with was very nasty. Her attitude upon my entry into the bank was as if I was interrupting her. The transaction went downhill from there. Needless to say, I'm glad I don't have to use this credit union on a regular basis. They seem extremely antiquated in their processes and operate in a limited capacity. Based on my experience today, I will not be returning and do not recommend this particular branch.

Jose Pujol1Up until the beginning of 2021, my experience with Market USA was optimal. For some reason, beginning in January of this year, some online purchases toward meeting the requirement of 12 per cycle were not being counted. I called on several occasions about this and was told "the issue was being looked into". I was told a Ms. Lang would get back to me on this. In mid February I gave up after numerous unsuccessful attempts at at least some explanation. Began looking elsewhere and found an even more profitable program, along similar lines, with Consumers Credit Union. I've maintained Market USA strictly for checking, where -up until now- I have had no problems.

Maria4Market Federal Credit Union gave me a loan at 19 at 0% interest (Dec 2003. Present to myself) for a brand new car. I wanted flashy but I went practical at that age. I still have the car it has been paid off for a very long time but Market Federal was willing to give a young person a chance to build credit. Unfortunately about 2 years in I encountered hard times and was always late. The collection person named Melvin had a stern voice but was very understanding. He had a job to do. I hope he is still around. Due to Covid I have run into hard times for several months and prior to that I was unemployed. Again Market Federal gave me a chance and I have a checking account with them. The only reason for 4 stars out of 5 is because my direct deposit doesn't post at 12a like other institutions. It is late in the a.m.

Cindy Lewis5I have been a customer for over 35 years and have always loved this credit union . They have the best rates and the accounts are easy to access via online which is great because I am over three hours away from the closest branch. I try to do every bit of my banking with them and have sub account for Christmas , vacation , special purchase and emergency as well as an auto loan. I have never paid a service fee and always had a tint interest paid each month . They look out for me and are very kind when I call !! They are so quick to answer me and bend over backward to get me whatever I need . Wish all business was this easy !!!I

Akinade1The straw that broke the camel's back for me; Lack of a functional 24hour customer helpline (both phone and internet) and the cluelessness of the mobile app. I discovered that there was an issue with my debit card on a Friday evening after close of business. Apparently the issue had been for some time before I discovered but there was no notification or communication. That got me wondering; what if there was some suspicious activity regarding my account, would I be the one to discover it myself? Anyway there were no helplines (except during weekdays and during working hours). It's very frustrating that you can't get any help on the weekend until the next Monday, no working call center during off-work hours. What if I had an emergency and I needed to access my funds? I really don't see the use. The Mobile app: you can't even see your account number, member number or routing number unlike other banking apps. The mobile app has no self help link or access to customer helplines. I will be ending my banking relationship with them and going elsewhere.

cassandra height5Thru my employer, I became a Market USA FCU member at orientation about 5 months ago. From my initial hearing of this banking institution at that time until now, I have had THE most.unbelievably positive experiences. i took advantage of 2 financial credit building options right away within first 90 days with the branch manager, Shirlay's, indispensable help. And this past week, Ketan worked diligently and saved me $2,000 off of the puchase price of my new Mini Cooper. This was simply THE absolute smoothest, most pleasant and professional car purchasing experience I have ever had ANYWHERE. Ketan was able to manage my portfolio that when I took delivery of my vehicle, I paid no money out of pocket, gap plus insurance included and I only needed to leave my home to sign for the check. ...all in a 24 hour start to finish time of turnaround. Mr. Ketan very nicely helped me eliminate cars that looked good on paper but had issues not disclosed by the dealers' ads. He doubled the amount of purchase I originally requested and reminded me to not just pick anything, but something I actually wanted to drive. It is a rare gift🎁to find someone very good with numbers who is also very good with people skills. It only takes $5 to open an account at Market USA FCU and 5 well spent minutes to find out how they may save you 💰 money by refinancing or first time financing your credit cards, cars 🚗, etc. Great people with great financial products...👏 bravo Team MarketUSA

Miguel Santos1This has to be the worst Credit union to use. Any time i send an email about an issue I'm having online or on app. I get the most vague answer and a push off. As if who ever is answering these messages doesn't even have an account with Market USA so they are clueless to any questions you ask. So difficult to add money or withdraw. Can't even get account numbers or routing numbers without physically talking to someone. And even that is a hassle. Anyone answer the phones use the credit union they work for? So pulling money out, closing account and finding another.

joann pettis2First time using this credit union as my home credit union is one of their shared branches. I needed to deposit a check in person which is the only reason i went in. The first issue is that they are SO SLOW. There were 2 window cashiers and 1 manger visible. After waiting in line for almost 10minutes (3 people in front of me) I get to the window and the lady says she can’t do anything with my account until i fill out a depot slip. Ok fair enough however i have literally never been to a bank where they don’t just pull one out at the window and I will write my account number on it and the amount it literally takes two seconds. No I had to get out of line go fill out a slip and then get back into line and wait again. On top of that the people that were working there including the manager were just very seemingly unhappy. Usually walk into places such as banks in grocery stores where customer service is important and they will at least smile and greet you something along those lines but the cashier was even just very quiet and looked like she had somewhere else to be. Once I got back up to the window I had another issue and she actually wasn’t able to help me at all anyway however she referred me to her manager and said that I could just go up to her office because she was in there.. ok so i walk up and knock on the open door and as soon as i open my mouth to say hi i have a question she rudely stops me and says do you just have a quick question because i have a customer coming back... it was just weird
