  Shawn Anwar was great. He really took his time with my girl and made sure she got the car she wanted. He asked open-ended questions to make sure we qualified before we even started the process. Treated us like family instead of just another customer. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and I will be back to get my car when the time is right. He the only guy I want to work with.   Great first car buying experience. 5 stars to say the least. Jared Davis was my salesman & did an outstanding job. It was as if I knew him outside of business. Explained everything very clearly & thoroughly. Made sure to make myself & as well as my mother feel very comfortable. I can’t express enough how comfortable he made us feel. Very friendly, informative, calm, & accommodating. Took care of all my needs & passed me my keys to my new (used) Jetta Volkswagen. Thank you Easterns Laurel & thank you Jared.

  So today I walked into the dealership in Laurel not knowing that they were closed. Had an appointment setup with online consultant James for Saturday I couldn’t make it. Just so you know that James was great! Made my online experience very pleasant. So decided to come into the dealership the day after and was greeted by dealership manager and then assisted by Albert Payne. I will say that it was a very pleasant and seamless experience! The staff stayed after closing time and assisted me with my buying experience definitively memorable and would definitely recommend the location to anyone searching for a vehicle! The entire process from James the online consultant to Albert the car salesman was definitely a car experience I will always cherish. Feel truly blessed. Customer service goes along way in today’s world, it’s nice to know that retailers have people in place that still value great customer service!!
