  Mark has helped me with mortgage (re)financing a few times over the years with the last in late 2016. In each case he went above and beyond just to save me a few bucks where he could. In other words, he really cares about his clients and takes the time to do it right. When the final paperwork is completed, he'll go back again just to see if he can't squeeze out a few more savings for the client and finalize the transaction.
