  Mark Veech and Keshia Askew were so prompt at responding to our questions and processing our paperwork. I honestly think it took less than two weeks for us to put in our bid and process the mortgage loan package. Keshia was so thorough in making sure we were aware of what we needed to submit, which included many "surprises" because we had several complicating factors. We always felt we were treated with respect and dignity, and that we were top clients to Mark and Keshia. I deeply value their work, and if I had to buy a house again I would absolutely enlist their help. Luckily, I LOVE the house we bought, and I'm thrilled with our mortgage!! I feel incredibly blessed to have had Mark and Keshia on our team.

  Mark Veech is like a great athlete. He’s consistent and he comes through for the big play when you need it to happen. He did a great job when we first bought the house and when we re-fied. Weve recommended marked at least a dozen people And I know at least three of my friends that we recommended to close deals with him

  We are absolutely thrilled that we got our mortgage through Mark Veech at New Jersey Lenders. I really can’t say enough good things about him. We have bought and sold a few houses over the years and I have previously found the mortgage process to be overly challenging. Mark Veech, our contact at New Jersey lenders, was calm, patient, willing to answer any and all of our questions. He got back to us on a daily basis with answers. If anything, I feel sorry for his wife that he seem to be working 24/7 to get his customers mortgages done. NJ Lenders also had a very simple app for us to download our forms and check in on the progress of our loan. We were in the middle of purchasing our house during the 2020 pandemic and everyone worked really hard to move our date up so that we would be in our new home before things got worse. We are absolutely thrilled that we got our mortgage through Mark Veech and New Jersey Lenders. I can’t say enough good things about Mark. I will recommend him to anyone I know in the future buying a home. We are very happy in our new home!

  Working with Mark made refinancing so easy! With an 8 month old life can get crazy and refinancing felt like just one more thing, but luckily Mark walked us through every step of the way. He was easy to contact and always returned our calls quickly.   This review will be long but worth the read, we promise! First off we would personally like to thank Mark and his team at Guaranteed Rate for everything they have done for us over the past few months. From day one when we talked to Mark we knew we were in good hands. He had us pre approved in a matter of minutes and a letter to us in a matter of hours so we could put an offer in. Being first time homebuyers, naturally we had a million and one questions to ask and Mark ALWAYS took the time to call us to explain everything in terms that we would understand. Mark and his team always treated us with the upmost respect and as if we were the only people they were helping, which wasn’t the case, they were helping more than a handful of people but you would never be able to tell.
