  I really felt well-cared-for when dealing with Mark which is more than I can say about the giant lenders.   Making the impossible, POSSIBLE! Obtaining a mortgage has been really tough over the past several years due to my ex-spouse's financial neglect. While I continued to attempt to maintain a good credit history, despite things that negatively affected me and were beyond my control, it was difficult to find someone in the field to even attempt to find the best options for us.
