  We love the family feeling we have when we call the office! We never met anyone in person but always friendly and helpful when we call!! Derick is awesome from the first time I talked to him on the phone! Never do I feel like a interruption to his day!! Thanks for making my phone closure so easy!

  Derik is truly awesome. Worked with me for a couple of days trying to get all my photos requested but all I kept sending was photos of me (lol). We finally got all of them uploaded and sent. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. Thank you Derik!!! Also want to give a shout out to Debbie. She is very pleasant to talk to and very professional when I call about my account. Glad I chose Mariner for my financial need.

  I received the upmost professional and friendly service at Mariner Finance at the Ryan Street location in Lake Charles. My loan officer was so friendly and helpful and she explained everything to me in detailed. The office manager was also friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend Mariner Finance to anyone who is looking for a loan.

  A FEW DAYS AGO I RECEIVED A LETTER IN THE MAIL FROM MARINER FINANCE. IN THE LETTER WAS A CHECK. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT WAS REAL. SO I DROVE TO THE ADDRESS ON THE LETTER TO SEE IF IT WAS A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS, AND IT WAS.THEN I CALLED TO ASK QUESTIONS, AND THE LADY WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS REALLY NICE AND ASSURED ME THAT THE BUSINESS IS REAL AND THE CHECK WAS LEGITIMATE, AND IF I HAD ANYMORE QUESTIONS I WAS WELCOMED TO STOP BY THE OFFICE. SO I DID, AND AS SOON AS I WALKED IN, I WAS GREETED AND WELCOMED BY ALL THE EMPLOYEES THAT WERE WORKING. I WAS HELPED IMMEDIATELY AND I FELT LIKE I WAS AT HOME WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS. MR. DERIK HELPED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS, THAT ONLY TOOK A FEW MINUTES. HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. BEFORE I KNEW IT, THEY ALL WISHED ME WELL, AND I WALKED OUT OF THE OFFICE WITH A REAL CHECK IN MY HAND! I WAS IN LAW ENFORCEMENT FOR 8 YEARS, AND I AM A U.S. NAVY VETERAN, AND FROM MY EXPERIENCE, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I KNOW I WILL!
