  The staff at the Heath Ohio branch were professionals. During our visit they insured that we understood the process and were efficient. They made sure that all of our questions were answered. Jodi was especially helpful and pleasant.

  These are the nicest people that I have ever loaned from. Seems like I keep coming back to them. Either through return business for a holiday/vacation loan - or from local retailers (like furniture). The staff has never been anything less than nice and respectful to me.

  Absolutely rude customer service. Kept calling my work even though i asked them to remove it. A half payment behind trying to talk about repoing the car. Honestly ill just give the car back so i dont have to deal with them.
